Alright...you got basic expansion...now the trick of partial expansion is to increase the first layer of cells only slightly. The one after htat is slightly more, over nad over until it's 12x larger than normal. Try it.

i let my chakra flow into the first layer of cells and put just a litle in it the next layer a little more and so i continue untill i have had all my layers
