okaaay how to do it?

builds chakra at one foot then tap the ground lightly,sending your chakra through the earth and after bout 8 seconds hit the ground hard and a chamber will appear over your opponet,if you use it on a genin or chunin it might last but on a jounin or special jounin alittle but on a kage.... they could rip it out easily..
