Rank of Jutsu(Genin,Chunin,Jounin/Special Jounin,Sannin/Kage): Genin
Requirments of Jutsu: Earth manip bloodline
Description of Jutsu: the user uses spits out fire through their mouth to melt(or hardens) the earth so it can be transformed in whatever the user likes
Element of Jutsu(Optional): fire
Weakness of Jutsu(Must Have): it takes a while to cool down so if the user throws the object he slightly burns his hands wich gets worse everytime it is used.

Name of Jutsu: Nara Healing Technique
Rank of Jutsu(Genin,Chunin,Jounin/Special Jounin,Sannin/Kage):Genin-Sannin/kage(power increases with rank)
Requirments of Jutsu:be in the nara clan
Description of Jutsu:Using the shadows as if it were kage mane no jutsu, the nare member attempts to seal/heal the wounds of others
Element of Jutsu(Optional):none
Weakness of Jutsu(Must Have):Obviously not as effective as a Hakura technique, and cannot be used on another nara.

Hikari Jutsu

level 1-

Hikari kaze no taibe- a jutsu that activates part of your bloodline surging through you once activated u can controll the first eye when u gain it

Hikari blaze tai- a jutsu that sends a surge of light for u but u can only use it 3 times 1st time is for 1st eye second time second eye and third time the third eye

level 2-
Hikari demon wind sythe cylclone- a jutsu that creates a light whirlpool cyclone with a sythe

Hikari repent- a jutsu that and slice through ones blade (any blade that is not made out of iron)


level 3-
Hikari opponet slice jutsu- make a circle with a weapon of some sort then concentrait your chakra and think of your opponents face then as long as your in the circle when u cut your self u don't feel it your opponent does

Hikari light blaze jutsu- a surge of light energy into one punch that can slice through a human body in seconds

Hikari light Ball Strike- a jutsu that copies the rasengan but less powerful and it surges to your hand but u must think good thoughts for the jutsu to be succesful

I mean Yamada u cant change ur bloodline from poison to hikari same to u yatsumi

because bloodline is what u were born with

actualy i yatsumi switched yamada's body to a hikari clan member's body meaning she has that bloodline now and yatsumi aint switchin her bloodline

Requirments of Jutsu: Earth Element
Description of Jutsu: Combines Earth and Necros chakra, and summons 4 high walls of earth and large Bone shrapnel which surround your opponent, and when jutsu is complete, the 4 walls then twist around the Users opponent, impaling and crushing them on all sides. (Also called Tombstone Maiden Burial)
Element of Jutsu: Earth Style
Weakness of Jutsu(Must Have): This technique is performed after two post's worth of handsigns, uses about half the Users chakra, and the User cannot use any other jutsu at the time they are casting this jutsu. (no bringing in new clones, prison, or wall jutsu, nothing.)

Weakness-Could be easily dodge and take up alot of chakra

Sound Circluation Jutsu-Make a circle around your opponet then sound notes come out of them and attack from the notes

Weakness-Easy to get out of and is not affective alot

Namey, Denied, that’s just body flicker Jutsu, and that doens't even have the weakness

Shinjin, it’s a good idea, but don’t limit it just to Necros clan...I don't see how the Necros, who specialize in animating corpses, are hte only ones who can make something like that. P.S. it reminds me of the Iron Maiden abilities that I made for my Angel, Friagne, when it was still legal.

Ashley, your lightning blade thing is just Sasuke’s Chidori current—he can project it out of a sword or even as a physical weapon.

Sound Circulation: errr…I don’t know, I’m guessing it passes, but what happens? Blakc notes with happy faces start assaulting htem? So this will be like a Disney movie with killer notes?

-Light really isn’t much of a weapon, but I can’t see anyhitng wrong with either of htem.

Lvl. 2: Well, light is completely insubstantial, how can you really create a whirlpool of it when ti exerts no force?

Hikari Repent: what happens if it IS iron?

Lvl. 3: So you odn’t feel the pain? Otherwise, that’s like…cheap. Hidan at least had to hurt himself doing it.

Hikari Light Blaze: This is just a cheap copy of Chidori…

Hikari Light ball: Is this like a Peter pan thing, think happy thoughts, create objects? It’s pretty hard to be happy when you’re smacking someone with a glowing, swirling ball of light.

XD Ash, I would if it came to fighting...just use Zankuha out of a flute, it's simpler...but passed anyway.

Description: Takes out a set of cards and prepares for follow-ups.
Weaknesses: Does no damage, merely prepares for next attack.

Jutsu Name: Summoning Contract: Deck of Cards
Rank: Jounin
Requirements: A willing partner, a card higher than a 10, any suit
Description: basically activates a one-time use summoning contract. It creates a contract that creates two copies of the same card. The summoner can summon the summoned once, and vice versa once.
Weaknesses: Only works once, the other must agree t to this.

Requirements: Ace of any suit
Description: Basically activated when a person writes his/her name (even aliases work) onto a card. Only four contracts can be made at once, and during this time, the strengthened, for 6 posts, has increased speed and strength, at which the card burns up and can no longer be used.

Requirements: Any cards, any suit from 1-10.
Spades=Darkness
Hearts=Fire
Diamond=Light
Clubs=Water
Cards can be stacked into a straight flush, or three of a kind, to conjugate powers. However, it only fires a weak attack, so you need five to make a medium-powered attack.
Weakness: Low power.

Requirements: All cards
Description: Cards suddenly are strengthened by chakra, forming tiny rectangular blades that rain down on an opponent and can explode with power 1/10 of that of an exploding note.
Weakness: Rather Weak, and cards are permanently destroyed after use. More of use as a defensive Jtusu.

Jutsu Name: Card Clone
Rank: Ghuunin
Requirements: Knave of any suit.
Description: Forms a clone out of a card that can be commanded through talking to the Jack on the card. The knave has no offensive abilities, but can speak or change back into a card in an instant.
Weakness: Weak against fire, and gets soggy in water.

Jutsu Name: Royal Flush—beheading
Rank: Jounin
Requirements: Queen of Hearts
Description: Named after the character who yelled “off with her head” in Alice in Wonderland, this card basically changes into a paper guillotine. However, it does not bind the hand,s and leaves the opponent capable of using Jutsu.
Weakness: Does not prevent the opponent from moving apart from securing the neck in place. Also ahs a 1-turn charge time before the blade can fall.

Jutsu Name: King’s Cross
Rank: Chuunin
Requirements: King of Clubs
Description: Forms a sword capable of cutting metal out of cards.
Weakness: bad against water.

Rank of Jutsu:Any
Requirments of Jutsu:Gum
Description of Jutsu:Blows a bubble from the gum you have then you can pour wind chakra to make it larger and/or pour another element inside of it..
Element of Jutsu(Optional):Any
Weakness of Jutsu(Must Have): Bubble is easyly poped and can damage the user if he/she is to close
