*takes the bowl then holds it in my hands and starts molding chakra into it*......*keeps molding chakra into it for about another 10 minutes until it finally floats over my hand alittle*

ok good now that youve got that down remember that feeling and punch the tree again -concentrates chakra into fist and hits the tree making a perfect hole in it- that is your goal

*gulps* Okay *focuses chakra into my hands then starts spinning faster and faster then releases it and chakra becomes visiable around me and it starts blocking the shadow shuriken*

-all shadow shuriken fall to the ground- very good konaru thatll be all for today your chakra is almost completely drained
