Alright...focus yourself and send chakra through your body, especially in yoru brain to increase your reflexes and strength. It's a basic Jutsu that's used by most Shinobi soldiers.

Yes...it's not a teleportation jtusu. It's similar to the shinigami flash step. You'll need it for Ataro. The idea of Ataro is to constatnly keep hte opponnet off balance, and appear as if you're attacking from several directions at once. Ataro is a purely offensive style and is badly adapted for defense. For example, the human body nca only face one area at once. Your goal is to circle around, flip over nad jump so that all sides are vulnerable t oattack. However, Ataro isn't very good against Niman.

Niman is another style. It's weak agasint most and long-range attacks, but is good against Ataro. In any case, I'm going to use a puppet. Now, I'm going to give you a stick with red paint on the end. The idea is to get the puppet's whole body red. However, the puppet will be holding a stick with blue paint, so you need to get all the puppet all red before you get all blue. kk, go. *The puppet starts atttacking*

gotcha *i do a back flip and then flip over the puppet and hit the puppet in the back with my stick making his back red then i flip to the side*

*The puppet lands a dab on micah's shirt, leaving a blue stain*

crap *i slide under the puppets legs hitting him in the groin and making it red then i do the flicker jutsu and come above the puppet and hit him with stick in the head and his heads red*

puppet:groin-red
back-red
head-red

Alright...close enough. However, you got dabbed several times. THey were minor hits, but in real life, each would be stab...so practice until you don't get painted at all.
