Hakura Medicinal Research Facility (MedTech)

Built in the days of the samurai-shinobi war, MedTech is one of the many offshoots of the facility in Glacier. Due to their long history as caretakes of the forest,Hakura can synthesize many poisons, cures, medicines and temporary strengthening solutions that may affect other s(the Hakura themselves are immune to all poison). However, there are many plants that are stil lbeing researched here.
