(For the record, with teh deltion of Shadow and the Sun village's status as a technologically advanced village, the Sun is ocunted as part of the Merchant's Guild Alliance--the Alliances are set, you can't make them yourself)

(Basically, because we don't want kage ot just randomly make alliances so that it become impossible to make war, we've set leagues that each country has to ally with. Basically, to attack another country of another league, you need all the members of hte league to declare war. Sun will, by Ashley's orders, replace Shadow as the most technologically advanced nation in terms of land armarment. The Merchant's Guild consists of three small trading nations [formerly Seaport, Snow and Shadow, but Shadow is to be repalced by sun] that are the msot technologically advanced [seaport in Naval Armarment, Snow in Airfleet Armarment, Shadow/Sun in Land armrarment] and richest countries. On the other hand, they are each isolated nad have hte smallest populations.)
