its easy just build lightning in your palms then hit your opponet with it.. its pretty easy try it on me *shows handsigsn* then say Palm Shock

ok lightning shield is hard to focus on.Focus your chakra into your foot stomp hard on ground and shield will come from the sky or from ground.Do these handsigns *shows handsigns* then say Lightning Style:Bolt Shield
