o.o' ash...i actually have a few questions concerning bloodlines..my own included

how can you approve ginta's for 2 reasons: its basically ice manip. which i believe exists already (?)

also...i noticed you approved mine...when there is lightning manip. already....why do you allow the conflict?

Necros Blood-Line Jutsu

The Necros Clan is recognized as one of the most powerful clans since before the first War. It was from their blood-line that the other shinobi clans learned the art of medical chakra and the control of tenketsu, but what made them legends, was their Necros jutsu.
The Necros bloodline jutsu is recognized in three distinct disciplines. The Necros jutsu deals with the direct physical control over anything dead. The Jice jutsu deals with the collecting and controlling the chakra of anything dead. And the Merc jutsu deals with the direct control of the body and chakra of the Necros Clan member.

Genin Jutsu
*Necros
Undead Clone Jutsu-Creates clones out of the remains of any near-by corpses/skeletons, human or otherwise. (genin= no genjutsu, chuunin+= genjutsu optional)
Undead Barrier Jutsu-Forms a thick wall out of the remains of any near-by corpses/skeletons, human or otherwise.
*Jice
“Soul Extraction” Ritual Jutsu-Pulls from a human corpse a) any lingering chakra and b) the element used to cause death. The fresher the corpse, the stronger the chakra. A Soul Pill is produced when jutsu is complete. The only requirement for this jutsu is a dead human corpse.
*Merc
“Soul Printing” Jutsu-This jutsu synchronizes the chakra between the Necros Clan member and their Soul Pills. If not performed, the alien chakra will destroy the Necros shinobi from the inside out, making them suffer the same death as the one they extracted the Soul Pill from.
Cleansing Meditation Jutsu-When in a state of rest, all chakra with-in the body of the Necros Clan member reverts into its natural state: Healing Chakra.

Chunnin Jutsu

Undead Prison Jutsu-Creates a prison made of bones from near-by skeletons, human or otherwise.
Undead “Transformer” Jutsu-A creation made out of bones of humans and otherwise. Creation can be made into a large melee golem, can be transformed into a comfortable house, and can be completely disassembled for the convenience of battle. Jutsu can be made to summon.
*Jice/Merc
Undead Summoning Jutsu-Allows Necros Clan members to summon their “Transformer” Jutsu and/or an army of Undead Clones. Requires scroll(s).
*Merc/Jice
Soul Mastery Jutsu-Clan member can now extract a Soul Pill from themselves, and extract and print Soul Pills simultaneously.

Jounin Jutsu
*Necros
Undead Graveyard Jutsu-Everything dead with-in 100 meters “comes to life” and attacks the users opponent. (Including fallen comrades)
*Necros/Jice
Undead Elemental Jutsu-If using a Soul Pill, user can use their blood to summon any Necros Jutsu with the element infused in the Soul Pill. (ex: Fire Element Soul Pill + Undead Clone Jutsu = Undead Fire Clone Jutsu) These can also be made to summon for later use, (scroll still necessary).
NOTE: Using Undead Elemental Jutsu uses all of the chakra and element from the Soul Pill.

Special Jounin Jutsu
*Necros
Undead Dragon Jutsu-Creates a dragon out of the remains of any near-by corpses/skeletons, human or otherwise.
*Necros/Jice/Merc
Direct Elemental Summoning-Allows user to summon Undead Elemental Jutsu without having to consume a Soul Pill, although the Soul Pill is still a necessary for the Undead Elemental Summoning Jutsu.

Sannin Jutsu
*Necros/Jice/Merc
Fifth Dimensional Shinigami Possession Ritual Jutsu-Opens the dimension of Shinigami’s belly in the sky and sends a chakra reincarnation of Shinigami upon the user. Grants the user all of Shinigami’s powers for a limited time.

Ritual Requirements:
-1 Undead Fire Dragon Scroll
-1 Undead Water Dragon Scroll
-1 Undead Earth Dragon Scroll
-1 Undead Wind Dragon Scroll
-1 Undead Lightning Dragon Scroll
-All of the users remaining chakra

User lays out all of the scrolls around them in the shape of a pentagon, and uses all of their chakra to simultaneously open all five scrolls. The Five elemental dragons open the portal in the sky, through which the reincarnation of Shinigami is sent down through to the user. The reincarnation is fed through the combined chakra contained in the elemental dragons, which hold the portal open and as the chakra is spent, the portal slowly closes. Although the user is given immense power, if they do not offer up a soul to Shinigami’s belly other than their own or release the jutsu before the portal closes, then they will be sent the Shinigami permanently instead.


Soul Pills

A Soul Pill is the end result of the “Soul Extraction” Ritual Jutsu, and initially contains only two critical ingredients. First, is the necros, or the human’s physical death. The necros gives the Soul Pill its shape, which physically speaking comes from the corpse itself. Second is the jice, which is the corpse’s remaining chakra, which gives the Soul Pill its color, and now contains a memory of how it had died.

Now if swallowed in this present state, the Soul Pill will kill even the strongest shinobi, as the shinobi’s body will be forced to experience the same death as the human the Soul Pill was extracted from. So we are now brought to the “Soul-Printing Jutsu”. This jutsu is performed with the Necros Clan blood-line trait, and is (if ever) rarely imitated. The “Soul-Printing” Jutsu sends a calming combination of healing and necros chakra of the Necros Clan member through both the necros and jice of the Soul Pill. This is the third and final ingredient which synchronizes the chakra between the Soul Pill and the individual Necros Clan member, making the Soul Pill ready for use.

Soul Pills are a crucial part of the Necros Clan jutsu, and provide many valuable services. First, Soul Pills give the user the ability to tap into the element that caused the death of the deceased. After consuming a Soul Pill, the user must focus their chakra to activate the element. Once the chakra hits the users blood-stream, the chakra will then ‘charge’ the dormant element found in the Soul Pill, ready to be put to use. Second, since part of the Necros blood-line is constant regeneration, this means that even though they may be tough to kill, the Necros would have a shorter life-span, but each time a Necros member consumes a Soul Pill and uses its resources, their body receives a dramatic increase in the number of times the cells in their body can replicate. And lastly, the most primitive use of a Souls Pill is to consume it and NOT use it. This is because when the elemental chakra is left untouched in the Necros body and the user receives what should be a death-blow, the Soul Pill automatically “detonates”. What happens is this: First, the chakra sent in to “print” the Soul Pill immediately begins to heal the user at a dangerously accelerated rate. Then the elemental chakra combines with all of the users chakra and forms a barrier around the user from out of all the user’s tenketsu. But after that the chakra used to create the Soul Pill, attaches to the nervous system and then the user ‘dies’, simulating the death of the one the used to create the Soul Pill. After the user begins to ‘die’, the barrier around them literally explodes, killing anyone caught in the blast. The end result is a big bang, followed by an unconscious, but alive shinobi.

Weaknesses: The Necros blood-line style is very aggressive and focuses mainly on the offense, this is a great advantage for other shinobi who focus on the defensive styles, such as the Hyuuga who are skilled in counters and close-range combat and the Uchiha who have the advantage of perception. Thier styles can be utilized to be a great discomfort of any Necros member even without the advantage an occular kekke genkai.

Also, the strength of the Necros Jutsu comes down to the Soul Pills. This I must clarify for Jan: Yes, if I take a Soul Pill that has the fire element, I can use that element (or not) until the end of the battle. I may NOT take another Soul Pill unless I have used all of its elemental chakra (via 'Elemental Jutsu' or some other means, I may even consider putting a post-limit on how long the effects of the Soul Pill will last) and it has been completely depleted. Im sorry for not mentioning it earlier, but a Necros Clan member may not have more than one Soul Pill inside of them at the same time as doing so will result in death without exception. That being said, if I were to take a certain Soul Pill I would be stuck with my decision/element for the duration of the battle, and as each element has a certain weakness, I would inherit that certain weakness.

As for the Shinigami Jutsu, it is riddled with weaknesses...which I dont think I should reveal here, but if you have any other questions about 'god-mod', PM me and I will either explain further, or if necessary, amend the abilities...but mostly I think thier just your typical "manipulation" jutsus.

I'd have to say the Necros clan jutsu are waaay too powerful, and the "medicine" thing is already refuted, since both the Hakura and the Doku have medicinal and poison skills far beyond the necros. Otherwise, i guess it works.

The necros clan 'medical' jutsu is in a league of its own by far when compared to any other blood-line Jan i assure you...namely becuase the Doku are injected with anti-bodies, and You have to use herbs or attach to a tree. The Necros have to fight off poison from the inside out, this is a disadvantage in that the Necros would take longer than both the Doku and Hakura to heal, and because its chakra based, we never gain any lasting immunity at all. Also see the "Weaknesses" section I added.

Is the Byakugan and Sharingan combined.
