i thought i was supposed to be summon guy >.< whatever....could i summon.....hmm...whats a good summon thats a lightning-related creature?

Spirit: Cat Spirits, specifically Kamineko
Type: Master-Servant Magus Seal
History: Kamineko is actually far older than Jan, dating to Jan I. Kamineko has no actualy gender, although she usually takes a female form when human. Her abilities are unclear, but she is capable of fighting and defeating Most dragoons and Western Dragons. Kamineko is usually something of a mentor to Jan, and they commonly banter. They argue frequently.
Behavior: Kamineko, even in human form, assumes some catlike behavior, such as the frequent use of "Nyaa" (This has rubbed off on Jan as well. 'Nya' in Japanese is the equivalent of 'meow' in English), a tendency to lap up milk and an almost obscene obsession with round objects.

Abilities: Kamineko has some basic shapeshifting abilities, such as the abilit yto physically change into other species (Transformation Jutsu is merely an illusion). Kamineko can telepathically communicate with Jan as well as others, but is also capable of huamn speech.

Memory Summon: One ability Kamineko has displayed is hte ability to assume the looks, fighting style and all realted abilities. On one hand, it allows diversity, but is impractical, as hte fightign styles of people stronger than Kamineko drain Chakra, and Kamineko will run out in a few minutes.

Memory Illusion: The summoning of a memory stored in Kamienko's reality marble. It will retain the behavior, memories, abilities and speaking style of the person it was of, and can use all magic associated with him/her. However, it can only last for 10 minutes before the memory book burns.

Memory Sharing: Kamineko can share memories with others.

this also gets the Shadow Stamp Of approval.

Birds Included: Falcons, Hawks, Eagles, Owls, Vultures, Cranes, Phoenixes (triple amount of chakra to summon), basically any other birds of prey (sorry if its too much)

The One-Tailed Shukaku (一尾の守鶴, Ichibi no Shukaku^{[color:a346=#00e]?</FONT>}, English TV "Shukaku the Sand Spirit") has been in the possession of Sunagakure for many years, being sealed into two previous citizens before being sealed in Naraca Uchiha sealed it into himself under the Fifth Kazekage's orders, and Naraca's mother was used as a sacrifice for the sealing process. Shukaku is intelligent but also incoherent, giving him the demeanor of a drunkard; this fits well with the typical depictions of tanuki in Japanese folklore. Like other tailed beasts, its innate rage and bloodlust influence its behavior, and it relishes in the opportunity to kill anyone in sight.
As a host of Shukaku, Naraca has the ability to move and levitate sand at will. He is also given constant protection by his sand, as it surrounds him to block any and all damage regardless of his will. As a symbol of the beast sealed within him, Naraca has Shukaku's characteristic rings around his eyes. Although they are a part of his physical appearance, their presence is further amplified by his lifelong insomnia; should he fall asleep, Shukaku will supplant his personality and take control of his body. If need be, Naraca can bring out Shukaku in battle to deal with more powerful opponents; Naraca first creates a life-sized replica of Shukaku from sand that he is merged with at its forehead. He then forces himself to sleep to release the demon at its full power. Once released Shukaku takes control of the sand-body to do with as he please until Naraca awakens, suppressing its spirit once more.

allright. this is basically Gara's. you ca't block every attack with the sand. that's just god moddish in terms of the site. but otherwise it's allright.

no no no buddy i have the same type of sand as gaara i have his sand and that jar and i made a justu so it would move to me and i added some stuff about me in the process and we all know how to counter just a high level of speed im the kazekage i can have that but to make fair it going to rapidly take away chakra at an exetreme rate alright

well, that would still be godmodish. i'm saying an absolute no to the sand protection. period. because you have enough chakra to keep that up anyway.

i do but you cant really go agaist naruto and after all i dont a super high amount of chakra it will go down and there are many ways to counter it

it takes alot of chakra to transform into it, but little chakra to maintain the summon it copies into.

Ill approve it if it can only be for a limited number of post and cant copy the spirits stats

allright. only attacks. i say for a kage it should be like 20 posts for me
